will running help me lose weight and tone my lower body??will it specially burn fat in my stomach area?? does running really work all parts of your body?? i am trying to lose at least 10 pounds and i've heard running will do the trick. PLEEZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yes! you are absolutely correct. it wont tone your abs that much so after you run you should try alternations of 25 situps and 10 pushups.. 4 sets
    but everywhere else, you will lose weight and get toned!

    If you run for 30 minutes at least four times a week you will definitely lose weight and should start seeing results within two weeks. It will tone your lower body, but in order to tone your upper body you should do some strength training with weights or other exercises.
