Next Day Soreness

ok last night me and some friends were running around and jumping in rain puddles...i dont run very often and last night we were running and jumping a lot and we had races to see who could get to the next puddle first....but when i woke up this morning i expected only my thighs to be kinda sore from the running which they are but my stomach also feels like it got a work out like if i take a deep breath my stomach feels tight and all....does running help your ab muscles too and your thighs?

    yesss it sure does.. running is a good way to tone your legs, and to flatter your stomach

    Running is a cardio workout, so you use most of your muscles. Most notably however, the stomach and spine play a big part in running gait/posture.
