Eating Healthy Starts at the Grocery Store

Are you trying to eat clean? Do you crave 'junk foods' such as chips, ice cream, cookies, or chocolate?

Your fitness plan is important to you, how do you tame those horrible cravings?

The best place to start eating healthy is at the grocery store.  I've always had the mentality that if you don't buy it, you won't eat it.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a food saint, but I limit my snacky foods....and even then, my snacky foods aren't too junky (does that make sense?).

My healthy foods includes oatmeal and whole grains (great fiber), lean cuts of mean (chicken, beef, seafood), and fruits and veggies.

My junkie foods?  Lite popcorn, cereal, fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding, and jello.

I guess after years of eating clean, I've trained myself to view healthy snacks as 'junkie foods', so when I indulge in a craving, I don't blow my whole plan.
